Akpi seeds are a plant product from Africa whose name has become well known in recent years in traditional recipes.

How to use

For body care: the seeds are ground into a paste and mixed with shea butter, fenugreek oil and a little fenugreek, then left for a week before use. It is then applied to the body with circular motions.

In the kitchen: they can be ground and added to foods and hot recipes, together with fenugreek.

Note: akpi seeds are sold unground.
