Return and refund policy

Our products are natural and for personal use (oils, herbs, food and care products). For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or wrong item

• If an item arrives broken, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +212 674 592 522 or at contact@moroccangoods.shop with your order number and a photo of the item and parcel.
• Once verified, we send a free replacement or refund that item in full (to the original payment method within 10 business days; in Morocco by bank transfer or store credit, your choice).
• You pay no shipping costs in this case. We may ask you to return the item at our expense.

In Morocco you can inspect the parcel in front of the courier before paying.
