Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Meknes, Morocco. Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day (1–2 days for international orders), and a tracking number is sent when the parcel ships.

Morocco

Cash on delivery in every city.
Standard delivery: 30 MAD, free on orders of 150 MAD or more.
Express delivery: 50 MAD.
Delivery time: 24–72 hours after confirmation. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order and address before dispatch.

International

International shipping by DHL Express, 3–7 business days.
The cost depends on parcel weight and destination and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Free shipping from €150 to France, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Greece and the other zone 1 and 3 countries (including Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Monaco and Andorra), from €200 to Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, the UK, the US, Canada, Mexico, the Gulf countries and some Eastern European and Asian countries, and from €250 everywhere else.
Payment is online at checkout. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Some countries charge customs duties or taxes on delivery; these are paid by the recipient. Some food items (e.g. honey) may be subject to import restrictions in your country.
